There is a bug in that version, missing the translation from
"old" to "new" (stock) icon names when loading the prefs, like
"balsa_print" -> "gtk-print" for the "Item" entries in the
balsa rc file. I submitted a patch for that yesterday.
...which was committed yesterday (EST): ChangeLog rev 1.1986.
