However...the implementation follows the HIG recommendations <URL:http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/stable/toolbars-labels-tooltips.html.en>: set priority text on the buttons that are most frequently used, and at most four on any toolbar. I took a stab at deciding which buttons are most frequently used--corrections and other suggestions welcome!
