Balsa's gtk3 branch has seen some recent work to move calls to Gtk methods out
of subthreads and into the main thread. This anticipates the deprecation of the
GdkThreads API, but should also eliminate low-level X calls from subthreads,
which have caused crashes for some users.

To help track down the related code paths, a warning has been added to alert you to a use
of the GdkThreads API from a subthread. If you use a threaded build from the gtk3 branch
and you see such a warning, please let us know what you were doing at the time. A stack
trace generated by running Balsa within gdb with the "--g-fatal-warnings"
command-line argument is the most valuable information.

Thanks for your testing!

Peter
