I assume it's not grayed out, and you can click it, but then nothing happens, is that right? There is a code path that would do that, but it's when some error occurred in saving the address, and you should get some notification of the error. Possibilities are: o No address book selected; o Address could not be written to this address book; o Address book could not be accessed; o This mail address is already in this address book; o Unexpected address book error. The first is a warning, and the others are errors; how they're shown depends on your settings at Preferences =>Display options =>Status messages. HTH! Peter
