The regiment is in disarray and this does not make me happy. I have been a Dragoon for as long as I can remember and never have I seen so many internal disputes within such a short time period. I am beginning to believe that the rapid promotion program is not working after all and that a regiment runs better with solid, stable leadership. I know it must be difficult as some of you have been through 4 Colonels in the last year but please hold together as things will soon be back to normal.
