You are quite correct that the Guards Brigade is in need of a Brigade 
Major.  I offer my own services in this role, if I meet your approval.  I 
have administrative experience as Regimental Adjutant, as well as combat 
experience with the Royal Foot Guard.  Should my skills be sufficient, and 
I truly believe they are, I will work diligently for the Guards Brigade and 
for France as a whole.
