To: Duc Axel von Fersen,
From: Chev. Antoine Culvert d'Eau

Mon Cher Duc,

It has indeed been sometime since we talked of important matters. And
while we are due to meet, I fear it will be a short meeting and we will
not have the time to discuss much of great importance.

While your reputation as the greatest fencer in history does preceed you,
I was quite surprise to find your rating in the Duellers Hearld put you
below me and quite frankly does not do you justice.

I was surprise that a man of your skill finds time to court the ladies,
as surely you need to practice almost constantly to keep the skill at
such a level.

Lucy send her apologies and wish you to know, that has always had a
soft spot for the underdog and felt that she could never live up to man
of your almost god like social status.

Your practice partner,

Chev d'Eau.

[OOC: A quick look at the effective strengths and DC means that AvF's Expertise
must be around 40!. At this leave the character would really have to practice
almost constantly just to maintain it.]
