Soldiers:
     I have been informed by headquarters command that I do not have the 
option of excusing any of you from participation in the upcoming 
exercises.  My apologies to those inconvenienced by this, but we need the 
practice.  I had been considering a further practice in May, but I will 
consult with the regimental commanders before scheduling that.
