I will issue a copy of L'Arbe in time for the September turn, once the
summer campaign is over.  The voting on the question of the HSE v JBD duel
will take place then.  However, GG has challenged AdM to a duel and both are
currently in Paris (as far as I can tell).  Therefore votes on this duel
will need to be cast as soon as possible: given that the July turn deadline
is tomorrow, I would suggest that voting on GG v AdM take place in August
(ie turn deadline 23 March).
