I managed to bump into one my relatives here in Paris, a Kid de Thorne, who
was once a very fine soldier in his days with the CG. He remembers the good
old days when he commanded the Brigade.
He tells me that a certain Jean Louis-Picard is found his way into one
of the Guards Brigade and he has a very low opinion of him - he was responsible
for raping his girlfriend, who is now his wife.
It is believed that he is a captain in the RFG, quite possibly leading D
company.
If this is true, then I would very much like to be rid of this scumbag,
especially when France's best regiment can quite easily do without him.
