Mylcandonai,
I hear that you have been bandying your novel views
of government about again.
My understanding of politics is that a strong
country requires a strong government. Many of us still remember the days of the
Cardinals fondly - I imagine that they would have listened to your arguments
about the limitations of their post with keen interest, and would have found
entertaining ways of explaining your errors to you.
It is clear that you wish the Minister of State to
be a neutered weakling. Is this because you wish to see France fall, or because
such a job description makes you the most appropriate candidate?
Grosscanard
P.S. Our appointment still stands. The mere fact
that there were others ahead of you in the queue does not excuse you of your
obligations.
