As my missive of last month
indicated, I am attempting to replace Capt.Walter Poitou (npc WP) as commander
of troop C, GDMD. He has aging parents whose physical and financial well being
require his presence. I request your help in convincing him of this or placing
him on administrative leave for an extended period
