Mon Cher Moreau,

Oh, let it be as you wish. Since you have sought me out to make your name, I
shall do so by extending to it three new letters. 'RIP'.

As ever,

Renault Espace

M. Espace,

Perhaps a semi-literate friend, if you have one, can translate my
message into simian grunts or gestures that will stir the correct
meanings in your eggshell-thin skull. This same hypothetical gentleman,
let us call him "M. Cretin", is welcome to accompany you to what you
frame in rather unsavoury terms as a 'back alley', if that will allay
your phobic response to such a venue.

In essence: I wish to cause you harm. Leaving aside the noble, cryptic
poetry of the Arquebusiers, of which you exhibit only a coarse
comprehension, you can choose your weapons, but as I'm sure you are
aware duelling is illegal so the suggestion of anything more concrete
than barbed witticisms is improper. However, I can see you are of such
delicate mental fibre that you are likely to be subject to fits, and
prudence demands I come prepared for a tantrum. Should you fail to
appear, through fear of dark alleys, or some gentleman less patient than
I performing an impromptu dissection of your exquisitely pampered
spleen, then I shall put it about that you are a coward (or a dead
coward, in the second instance).

Moreau.
