May I be one of the first to congratulate you on your promotion and appointment
to the rank and post of Field Marshall. While the previous encumberant of the
position,
Vicomte Geoffrey FitzRichard served the position with distinction in his time, the
modern art of war fair today requires new think on the part of the military hierarchy.
Let me say that I am supremely confident that you will be able to lead his majesties
forces to great victories this summer. To that end I would like to offer my services
as an
army commander, with preference of commanding the 2nd Army.
I did apply to your predecessor, last month, but my application probably got miss
laid
while he was package up...
