Dear Commissioner, It has been reported to me that there has been some small vandalism of official posted documents. Based on the content of the vandalism, my initial thoughts would be that the prep is a member of the Cardinals Guards, as shocking as that may seem to you and even I. Perhaps, you might look into this matter? With the Summer Campaign on our doorsteps, it would not be prudent to have official documents altered with incorrect information. Don't you agree? Yours, Lt.
