Congratulations on your advancement to the rank of
Brigadier General. As a Brigadier General, you need
an aide to allow you to focus your attention on the
responsiblities of your new rank. And lacking a
Regimental Adjutant, your attention is taxed with the
minutia which an aide could help organize. Finally,
an aide would be in the position to learn the art of
war from a master, to the benefit of himself and his
regiment. I therefore propose myself as your aide.
