Colonel de Custaad has just informed me that you will be promoted to captain and take command of C troop. Allow me to be the first to congratulate. I have had my eye on you during the summer campaign and I am sure that the Colonel have made a wise choice and that you won�t dissapoint us. It is crucial that we promote competent officers from within the regiment to so that we don�t get those damned "deskjockeys" with absolutely no field experience to lead our men in the battlefield.
