It is really quite shocking that you have managed to maintain your position
without attracting more outrage from those above you. I have asked you
politely to be discrete and not make this a public affair, but even the
good sense to take that advice eludes you.
If you maintain your stubborn position and refuse to step down, I will be
forced to take more strong measures for the good of the regiment, and
indeed all those who would serve in His Most CHristian Majesty's Armies.
