Try this feature I've just added. When you remove a selected routine, it
automatically makes
it your current build routine. You can then use the Insert after button to add it
wherever it
should go (functionally the same as moving up and down).

Would be nice to be able to move conditional routines up and down. Say you have a set
of orders
then you realize after saving one A-R that it needs to go before another one, it'd be
nice to be
able to reorder them without redoing the list of conditionals.
