[ooc: Hmm I think that the CPS can level the Charge, it is the Minister of Justice who actually judges guilt or innocence of the case of embezzlement. But a ruling from Greg might be in order as there are several charges to answer for. And the CPS needs to present the Ministry of Justice with the evidence for all charges]
