To the Officers and men of Dragoon Guards,
I will continue to promote the policies and traditions
established by my predecessors as commanding officer.
The door to my office will be open to any one whose'
problems require my attention, but the chain of
command should followed were possible.
The delayed Spring Ball will be held the second week
of September at Bothwell's. Join us in remembering
our fallen comrades. Attendance is mandatory. Ladies
are welcome, and all expenses will be covered.
