General, My friend Poisson de Ocean told me to come to you if I had any problems, well I have one. My commanding officer is not what an officer should be. He is lazy, a drunk, and other things that I should not discuss. He is a sore on His Magisty's Service. I feel that it is neccessary to do something to rid Paris of this sore. I do not know anyone in Paris, personally, that could do anything in this matter, but I thought that you could help. A whisper in the right ear wouldgo a long way.
