His Royal Majesty is pleased to announce the long-awaited opening of the Duc Zer Military Academy, named in honor of the great general who averted the ambush of His Majesty staged by the vile Bascanard. This prestigious institution, the crafting of which has been overseen by no less personages than Duc Juan Ferawl don Alferwan, Duc Jean Senior, Jr, Duc Axel von Fersen, and completed by Duc Alain de Mylcandonai, is equipped to instill military ability in those responsible for defending our wonderful country.

A new order, Weekly_Practice_Military (WPM) has been added to the list. It works the same as weekly practice for Strength or Constitution. Once you have practiced for 10 weeks, your MA increases by 1. The cost is your current military ability squared plus your SL. So an SL 10 character with a 4 MA will have to spend 260 crowns (26 a week for 10 weeks) to increase his MA to 5.
