Thank you for the reminder!!  I have to go to the health food store 
tomorrow and it's kind of far away - this is a good reason to make a 
list!  I saw this a while back and wanted to check it out.  I have 
terrible neck problems and I think this would help.  Jazak'allah khair!

(it might also explain why I always craaaaave curry.  I think our bodies 
know what they need. :-)

I also re-started the tsp of honey, but I also need black seed, which I 
should also put on the list.
