We know that waterboarding, which was considered among the most "extreme 
techniques" was only used on three "high value" detainees: Abu Zubayda, 
Khalid Sheik Mohammed, and Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri. But other torture 
techniques were used on detainees whose intelligence value was

WASHINGTON (ABP) --- Religious anti-torture groups said the Aug. 24 
release of a partially declassified 2004 CIA report on treatment of 
terrorism suspects justified their critique of Bush administration 
policies on detainee treatment.

But they also said the decision by the Justice Department to appoint a
