Bahan :
250 gr kacang tanah
150 gr gula merah/gula jawa
100 gr gula pasir
jahe parut ... sesukanya... kalo kebanyakan tanggung sendiri.
1/2 gelas air
Cara bikinnya :
masak air dan semua gula sampai mendidih dan mulai berambut.
masukkan kacang tanah. aduk rata.
trus dicetakin/tuang pake sendok makan ke tampah yg sudah
dibasahi dg air. biarin kering dan mengeras....nunggu keringnya musti
dijagain kalo enggak ntar ada yang nyomotin ga ketauan... :D
catatan :
1. tampahnya dicuci dulu yah... jangan jorok.
2. kacang tanahnya boleh berkulit atau tanpa kulit... akan lebih
baik di oven dulu sebentar biar garing... tp kalo enggak ya gakpapa juga
soale ntar kena gula panas juga mateng... cuma kurang krenyes2...
gampang kan bikinnya ??? ayoo bikin buruan... kalo udah jadi,
member sak milis dikirimi semua... otre ???
