Setahu aku sih, kemplang itu memang nama krupuk dari beberapa daerah. Palembang punya kemplang dari lain juga punya krupuk yang namanya kemplang.
Aku mengetahui kemplang dari istriku yang orang bangka, jadi aku mengira kemplang adalah asli krupuk dari bangka, tapi ternyata daerah lain juga punya sebutan kemplang untuk krupuknya. Jadi, aku juga bingung (sori kalo nggak membantu tapi malah bikin tambah bingung... :) ) Tapi memang sambel kemplang Bangka yang aku rasakan sangat mantap subartap. Klo yg lain lom tahu karena lom nyoba.
