Asst. Conference and Catering Manager

 

The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World invites applications from experienced professionals to join their dynamic team.

 

Qualifications

1. Preferably Female, 25 – 35 years of age.
2. Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant education.
3. Strong Food and Beverage operational experience, hands on team player.
4. Minimum 3 years work experience in sales or/wedding and catering operation.
5. Knowledge of corporate accounts and travel accounts.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
7. Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and strong leadership skills.
8. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
9. Personality: mature, shows good initiative, presentable, ability to work under pressure, outgoing, self motivated and organised.
