Maaf sebelumnya utk Ibu Mariska kalau baru dijawab, karena postingan pertanyaan Ibu Tgl 26 tsb tidak muncul di tempat saya........dan baru muncul setelah dijawab oleh Mas Haryo ini....... Anyway........sy yakin kalau niat kita baik segala sesuatunya pasti ada jalannya.
Sedikit sharing sy mungkin begini; Untuk membuka usaha seperti yg ibu inginkan harus benar2 dipersiapkan segala sesuatunya. Modal, resep dan orang yg bisa masak saja sangatlah tidak cukup. Sudah banyak usaha yg awalnya hanya disiapkan seperti ini dalam perjalanannya harus menerapkan trial & error untuk bisa tetap bertahan. Ini tidak melihat scope usahanya, baik kecil maupun besar kalau sudah berlarut-larut akhirnya ya terpaksa ditutup. Hal yang utama dalam usaha ini adalah bagaimana seluruh orang yg terlibat didalamnya mempunyai panduan secara detail dari seluruh aspek pengelolaan yg jelas dalam menjalaninya. Sehingga lebih mudah dalam mengontrol maupun menindak lanjuti jika ada penyimpangan2 yang umumnya pasti akan terjadi. Hal ini bisa tidak terjadi jika Ibu sendiri yang melakukan seluruh proses termasuk pengelolaannya.......... Untuk jenis usaha dan modal yg Ibu sampaikan bisa diwujudkan menjadi apapun yang Ibu inginkan.........sebisa mungkin yang memang benar2 dikuasai dan modal diperhitungkan untuk mengantisipasi belum konsistennya penjualan pada 3 bulan pertama......
