 Meet often, discuss often. This is how BangPypers grew after we started the
 list in early 2005. We used to have meetings every month and sometimes
 twice a month. There was a lot of untapped energy that flowed into these
 meetings and discussions which helped the list (and eventually the
 conference) to take off in a big way.

 Also get creative with the name - Python Pune can be made better.
 If you ask me, "PyPoona" or "PyPune" has more bang (pun intended).
