UK HSBC module won't work without account_banking_payment

Bug description:
As the HSBC UK module doesn't work for me without the
account_banking_payment, because it needs the payment_mode_type model, I
suggest to add it as a dependency.
I'm wondering about the announcement that support for UK HSBC would have been
added.
