Not easy: When you have a lot of bank statement lines and a small screen, editing a account in the inline editing is just not easy. You first have to delete present account. It just works bad. This button is much more easy, because you don't have to go in edit mode and accidentally change other fields.
They bug report, i don't know. Hope you did that well? for journal_id in account.account. this is not from my customization that is from OpenERP core modules also in banking addons in bank statement line tree view, Both have domain for the same. I have just try to provide the same Domain Functionality in the Wizard.
