[7.0] account_statement_base_completion - Tests fails if the
account_statement_base_import module is installed

Bug description:
When tests are launched during a process of automatic integration (ex
with openerp_command initialize --no-create --tests --database
openerp_test --module=my_module), the completion tests fails if the
the account_statement_base_import module is installed since it add the
'import_type' field to 'account.statement.profile' as required but
without providing a default value.
