Hi,

I've reorganized a bit the task tracker,
http://farsides.com/wiki/Tasks_follow-up
As a reminder, I use three elements : 1) tasks (ex :
http://farsides.com/wiki/First_version_of_Missions_for_HackIt_%28frontend%29),
2) milestones that consist of a list of tasks supposed to be completed in a
week time (ex : http://farsides.com/wiki/Alpha_1.2), and finally 3) the task
tracker (http://farsides.com/wiki/Tasks_follow-up).

The task tracker (http://farsides.com/wiki/Tasks_follow-up) displays the
current iteration (1 iteration = 1 week), the coming ones, and also the
history of the previous iterations. For each iteration, I include the tasks
that are done and the remaining ones. This is now done partly automatically
with the semantic mediawiki.

The objective in the future will be to have 1 iteration = 1 milestone, but
as it can't always be exactly the case, I currently differentiate milestones
and iterations.

Please let me know if the way to display things is ok for you

For the coming iterations, I've just mentioned the milestones that remain to
be finished but Vlad we can discuss in the coming days how we distribute the
remaining milestones across the next iterations and how we plan the next
milestones.

Thx
D
