Hi, Here's the debrief of the call I had this morning with Vlad :
1) milestones and iterations : * 2.2 (OO) : I'm currently reviewing the milestone. The build seems fine; there are a few reported bugs + Xav will run a code review next week + I still need to run the automated tests on the build, but overall we should be able to close this milestones by next week. * 2.1 (Front end missions) : the iteration that ended yesterday was mostly dedicated to this milestone. There is still one day work, so it should be ok and ready to be reviewed on next Tuesday (Vlad being in San Francisco on Friday) * Coming iteration (until next Thursday) : Monday being dedicated to the 2.1, that leaves 3 days for the iteration, which will be dedicated to finishing the remaining milestones : 2.0 (backend missions) for debug, and 1.2 for the chat feature. If this pace can be kept, we should be able to start fresh with a new milestone by next Friday. 2) What went right / wrong : * Right : there is an improvement on Vlad's side to assess the amount of time needed to perform tasks - as we see on the iteration that ended yesterday, Vlad was able to stick to his initial forecast. This is good news and confirms how useful it is to dedicate a little time at the beginning of each iteration to assess the tasks duration. * Wrong : Vlad spent quite some time on unit tests : adapting them, but also modifying the code itself to be able to run the unit tests. Xav when you have a little time it would be interesting if you can discuss with Vlad to see if there's a way to make this less time consuming.
