As for me, the main elements remaining are : bugs from 2.2 (browser compatibility related) and 2.1 (mission related), and a quick update of the release note. I let Xav give his position on code review and unit tests (98% for simpletest & jscoverage), to check if there's remaining work on that side. We're nearly there !
