Hi,

I've been keeping working on cleaning up things, and pushed a few
changes.

Done today:

      * Added missing PHP markup in views
      * Fixed variable name in upgrade script
      * Added generation of .htaccess file based on local webpath
      * Fixed typos in template upgrade script
      * Added copyright information in views files
      * Added reminder of step for future implementation of make install
      * changed upgrade script shell from sh to bash
      * Removed old landing page HTML which isn't used anymore
      * Moved js and php tests to the tests/ directory and modified
        'make *check' accordingly
      * Removed unused dirs & moved windmill tests to tests/ directory
      * Fixed bug with make webcheck - path to scripts was missing
      * Cleaned up notice errors
      * Cleaned up simpletest main file; Fixed test errors with OWA
      * Added URL to test coverage report when there are exceptions in
        make phpcheck
      * Added shell script to run from the command line to call mysql directly
with the right credentials from the configuration file

Notes:

- The autogeneration of .htaccess will require a 'make upgrade' after
the merge - this should prevent us from switching from a path to another
depending on who commited last ;p Now the generated .htaccess file is
ignored by bazaar.

- Now everything related to tests is in the tests/ folder - if you need
to add something to the tests, add it there : )

- Vlad, remember that you can leave the bugs for alpha3.0 on the side
for now (if you want, of course : ) ) - I target a good part of the new
bugs toward that future release, to avoid blocking the 3 being finalized
at the moment. With that in mind, what's the ETA on fixing the remaining
issues? Would be good to finally leave all that behind us...

Xavier.
