Yup - it has actually always be something journalists and politicians
like to talk about. It draws on fears of the repercussions of the free
sharing of information - you just need one guy who finds out about a
security hole (like here with the Black Ops server) or willing to
disclose secrets, and then everyone potentially gains access to it. 

It has similarities with the fights against piracy... The main issue is
that really enforcing "security" (or, more accurately, "control") over
the Internet requires to take very drastic measures that affect very
negatively our freedoms.

So I guess we'll read a lot about these kind of issues for the decades
to come, while society tries to adapt to the consequences of the free
sharing of information. A good subject for a game ;p
