Looking forward to giving it a shot later today!

Did you try to play it Alex?

I gave it a shot this morning, and compiled some feedback - hope it's
useful to you David : ) Thanks for giving it a shot, the mission
definitely looks promising if we can fix the blocking issues.

Thx a lot for the feedback it's really useful. I agree with it and I had in mind to rework the mission, so I'll definitely keep this feedback in mind when I rework it. A few comments below.

- When I finally entered milan-santa-maria-delle-grazie-last-supper
after looking at the source, I arrived at
http://hackit.cx/gt/u/www.sacred-destinations.com/italy/milan-santa-maria-delle-grazie-last-supper
but the mission didn't go forward. I wonder if this is the bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/hackit/+bug/687329 David? Otherwise I'll enter a new
bug, let me know.
did this happen during the first step of the mission, when you're asked to enter a name in the url ? Then it could be that the validation chains are 'last supper' and 'Last Supper', and if you provided the url above it contains last-supper so it was not accepted. Could it be this maybe ?

- There should be a way to get the answer if we really can't find it, it
sucks to be completely stuck. I can look at the source, but players
won't do that... Any ideas on how to allow that? Maybe someone else that
you can contact for solutions? What would be the cost then?

Absolutely. A way we could do it is having the contact ask the player if he is able to find something -> if the player types yes, he can provide the answer, and if he types no, then he's given a hint.

A very important complementary need is to help the player if he types a wrong answer or goes to the wrong page. The contact should be able to help the player/make fun of him/insult him :) or whatever we want.

But because right now everytime the player browses on a page, the mission considers that it's an answer, I can't afford to do this because it would spam the chat while the player is only browsing.

Do you see a solution ? The best for me would be to add two elements from uervoice (http://feedback.farsides.com/forums/90259-hackit-missions-api-requests-code-) - apart from opening new possibilities from missions, they would solve this issue (we would know when the player is browsing and when he's answering a question or giving a proof).

- It's very confusing right now.

I think it can partly b solved by re-writing the mission, which I plan to do. Some other elements could be helpful too, not really on the unfolding of the mission itself (this should be solved through the content of the mission) but on how to use the interface :
* being able to have some text in the chat in bold or italic
* Add some contextual help through rollover, or some other way. I say this because I think the more we keep the text in the chat as 'ingame' (no tutorial), the better it is for the immersion.
Other suggestions ? I can already add these to uservoice.
