Thx Xav ! I've got some complementary elements from a playtest I did with Aurélien yesterday. Not sure of the feasibility of the different elements in the short term, so I just list them with what seems to be their importance for the player (*= nice to have, **=important).

- browsing : the user wants to use the back button. But there is no back button on the browse window so he uses the browser back button and it does not work, he stays on the same page => ** - browsing : the user wants to enlarge the browsing window, and in order to do this he clicks on the upper right icon of the window, which closes it. It took a little time to understand this mechanism => * - browsing : an empty window pops up on the screen each time the user tries to reach a page. The user was a bit tired of closing it everytime => **

browsing : overall, the user starts browsing in another window after some time. When I asked him why : it's not because it's slow (that was the reason some time ago), but because of the two elements with ** above

- chat : the user keeps using the enter key after typing some text in order to submit it. He then realises that nothing happens and clicks on 'reply'. But it's a strong habit, so it happens again and again => *

-introduction of the game : was too slow according to the user, he wants to be involved more quickly => *

- missions : lots of feedback on the end-time mission/decrypting/missing agent. I don't think it's necessary to give the details here unless you want them, but I'll re-work the mission accordingly.
In a nutshell,
-- some steps are unclear because of the writing. It's interesting to see the user take completely different direction than what was planned, it will help rewrite. => ** -- there is a lack of purpose at the beginning of the mission end-time (why am I playing this mission, what is the overall challenge in front of me ?) => ** -- in the missing agent, the user did not find the custom button that must be used to validate that we're on a given web site => ** -- often, the help option makes the player believe that the contact already knows the solution, which is weird.
