I've done some preliminary exploration work on the code side yesterday afternoon. It's not the game itself, but more a test for the interface, especially on how to integrate with maps. http://beta.humanityprojectonline.com/map/test.html Rather than building a map from scratch, I'm trying to use tools from OpenStreetMap (the free software equivalent to Google Maps). I've positioned a few camera coverage zones. To try it out: 1) Go to the URL above 2) Click on "Cameras coverage" on the top right 3) Click on one of the yellow surfaces that appear then to get a fake video. I'm curious to get your impressions! I've also discussed with Julien and Pierrot - I'll give some details about that in another email.
