I completed Xav's graph with my data, see attached. I included Xav's original graph in a tab, for comparison.

My data are more recent (Xav used january while I used february). The churn immediately after the player arrives in the game is higher in feb than in Jan (around 40% in feb vs 20% in jan), it would be interesting to understand how the player's profiles (coming from Mozilla's contest or not) explain this.

Apart from this, it's quite similar, one of the big blockers for finishing the mission being the step where players are asked to search on google.

Nope, I think those are very valid points, definitely.

I'll need to sleep a bit over those, and take some time to review all
the feedback we've got (emails, people, sessions, uservoice...) to get a
fresh global picture. I think we're already aware of all the +/- of the
game and are taking action on it, but I just want to make sure we're not
missing something before setting the new directions.
