Hi Xavier,

I have created account on Launchpad and have created a branch of the code as
well but am somehow not able to commit code to this branch. I am getting the
error

"Run command: bzr commit -m base app/app_controller.php app/index.php
bzr: ERROR: Cannot lock
LockDir(http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~pranjal/cardstories/devel/.bzr/branch/l
ock): Transport operation not possible: http does not support mkdir()"

I have tried to identify the gaps in the current code based on the
requirements and I think below is the comprehensive list of items to be done

1. Unit Test case coverage needs to be made 100% and should be able to
run from command prompt
2. Windmill not started
3. Pages that need to be available outside of Facebook need to be done
        a. Result page
4. Document to install and set up the game on server needs to be
updated
5. Page 9 "On the player's profile, there is, to begin with, 1) the
number of games played
as author and as player, 2) and for each, the number of games won
(and %), and the overall number of games played/won/% of success" not done
6. Page 9 - email notifications need to be confirmed and then sent
7. OWA

So these are not too many items and once I get to speed should be able to
finish these off fast. It took me sometime to understand the full
functionality of the application and code from Pramendra. Also since I am
working to finish of the other project I was working on prior to this, which
should be completed tomorrow hence I was not able to dedicate much time to
this project this week. I think I should be able to complete the project in
about 2 weeks time but would get a better picture by the middle of next
week, since on the surface many things seem to be working but I will have to
dig deep before I can commit on that.

I shall keep you posted with the daily updates on the project.

Best!
Pranjal

Thanks for the work Pranjal! I hope it's not too hard to catch up with
Pramendra's work - how is it going so far?

For the username/password you can create it yourself here:
https://login.launchpad.net/+new_account

You then need to add a SSH key to your profile, and you'll be able to
push your code without requiring any special privileges.

Yup! When do you plan to join the chat? Would be good to have you
around : )

Btw, we're doing a meeting there every Friday at 9:30am Paris time.
Would be nice to be able to include you there, a good occasion to
discuss Card Stories!

Perfect.

I think you've pretty well covered the grounds, yup - if I think of
anything else I'll let you know.

Ah yes, one thing actually - did Ajay talked to you about daily
reporting? Sounds big, but it's actually just about sending an email
every day to the mailing-list, informing on the progression status and
what was done that day. If you do this consistently every day, along
with a commit/push to Launchpad of the code changes made that day, it
would allow everyone to regain visibility on the progress. Sounds ok to
you?

Definitely! Will be great to finally play Card Stories, looking forward
to it : )

Two questions about this:

- What will be the next step for the completion of Card Stories?
- When will it be completed and ready for review?

Thanks a lot,

Xavier.
