From what I could see the Farsides' websites is still not completed, and the communication hasn't been good for some time. You do reply from time to time, and things have progressed a bit, but many months after we started this project, we still don't have our website with the new skin. I think we have been tremendously patient (probably way too much actually), but we can't allow this situation to continue forever. We need a good website, and we need it now. I'm thus canceling the work that we gave you, and will give it to another contractor. I'm also asking you to return the advance payment that we gave you before you started - since we don't even have the proper installation instructions, we won't be able to use your work at all. You have my assurance that all files that you uploaded will be erased and won't be used - you can even do it yourself if you want. I'm sorry that this collaboration didn't end well - I really wanted it to, you're a nice and energetic person, and it would have been nice to be able to work with you. Maybe in other circumstance, it would have been the case.
