A summary of our discussion for the rest of the team :
1) We've agreed on the first loan of 7500EUR. For this I will send you
the signed contract today
so that you can sign it on your side and take care of the bank.
2) Then you will meet the founders. According to your feeling after the
meeting, you will decide to provide another loan of 7500EUR.
As I mentioned to you over the phone, I will start the capital raise
process (that will transform the loan into shares) only once I know if
the amount is 7500 or 15000. Given the length of this process, the
sooner we can meet and decide the better. I know that you're very busy
on your side, so if you can't come to Paris in the next couple of weeks,
I suggest the three founders could come to spend a little time with you
in Switzerland. There would be train tickets to pay, but I think it's
worth doing this asap :)

are looking positive, I might invest some more, between 5K and 10K Euros.
I think you guys are doing a good job, and I'm looking forward to make
this happen.

started to explain to Alix about our next round (the fact that we're
looking for 50-100K, that until now our previous round was love money,
but that we were now extending to corporate investors, BA and public
funding, etc.), but over the phone it was hard to hear each other, and
you'll explain much better than I do. : )
