Btw, for this kind of things, there is a book about SCRUM that was been recommended from several sources: Agile Game Development with Scrum, from Clinton Keith. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0321618521?ie=UTF8 <http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0321618521?ie=UTF8&tag=wwwagilegamed-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=0321618521> &tag=wwwagilegamed-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=0321618521 [David] Xav, I understand you have the book and you have to much stuff to read currently J, can I borrow it from you ? By the way I’ve been using scrum like methodologies for some time at Ubi so I’m a bit familiar with it, but in an environment where the team physically works together. I don’t know about Scrum adaptations to open source (decentralized, community based) dev, but I guess we won’t do the things by the book but rather adapt it to our model. I’ll think about this adaptation once I put my hands in the mediawiki tool.
