Btw, for this kind of things, there is a book about SCRUM that was been
recommended from several sources: Agile Game Development with Scrum,
from Clinton Keith.

[David] Xav, I understand you have the book and you have to much stuff to read 
currently J, can I borrow it from you ?
 
By the way I’ve been using scrum like methodologies for some time at Ubi so I’m 
a bit familiar with it, but in an environment where the team physically works 
together. I don’t know about Scrum adaptations to open source (decentralized, 
community based) dev, but I guess we won’t do the things by the book but rather 
adapt it to our model.
 I’ll think about this adaptation once I put my hands in the mediawiki tool.
