Yup, it's a nice tool - but for the discussions, I think they should still happen on the mailing-list - at least until we have found a way to better link the two. I we start to spread discussions around, it will be harder to follow. > people will vote for the first things they want to see in the game. Yes - when a feature is implemented (or refused), you get back the votes, and you can then put them on things that should be implemented next. > One quick note on the content (I will discuss more the gameplay in > other threads than this one) : I think that features like “being able > to scan the whole internet” is very interesting when it comes to > trying to develop proven stuff rather than innovate at all costs (see > recent discussions on that), because it gives this taste of facebook > games where I launch a task and I know that in 12 (for instance) hours > it will be done and I can launch a new action. Another place where this technique is efficient - turn based minigames. I've been playing a few Risk games on conquerclub.com and stra.tegery.com lately (if anyone wants to play a game or two btw, I'm Kalhaan there ;p). My first reflex in the morning is now to go see if it's my turn to play, and what the others did in the meantime. : ) Xavier. _______________________________________________ Hackit Bar mailing list - [email protected] Wiki: http://community.hackit.cx/ List: http://community.hackit.cx/ml/ Forum: http://community.hackit.cx/forum/ Ideas: http://community.hackit.cx/ideas/ IRC: irc://irc.freenode.net/#politis
