Yup, it's a nice tool - but for the discussions, I think they should
still happen on the mailing-list - at least until we have found a way to
better link the two. I we start to spread discussions around, it will be
harder to follow.

Yes - when a feature is implemented (or refused), you get back the
votes, and you can then put them on things that should be implemented
next.

Yes, it's very efficient.

Another place where this technique is efficient - turn based minigames.
I've been playing a few Risk games on conquerclub.com and
stra.tegery.com lately (if anyone wants to play a game or two btw, I'm
Kalhaan there ;p). My first reflex in the morning is now to go see if
it's my turn to play, and what the others did in the meantime. : )
