As discussed, we've listed the areas to include in the quote:
* Define process for licensing of user/freelance/employee
contributions (ideas, code, graphic assets, sounds, texts, level
design data...) and copyright assignment
* Write contract for freelancers
* Evaluate risks related to the legal status of volunteers
* Evaluate risks related to the gameplay (depending on the
scenario - modification / no modification, proxy / plugin,
targeting specific sites / tool provider neutrality, etc.)
* Evaluate risks related to re-using gameplay from existing genres
of games
* Logo / trademark registration & usage policy (NA & Europe)
* Write ToS (service & sales), privacy policy, CNIL registration
* Company setup, writing statutes and shareholder agreement
Let me know if anything is unclear or if you need additional
information, as each item is not very detailed at this point.
