I had a look, apparently it was due to the sort on scheduled date - it
was only showing results that had a target date as a result. I've
removed the criteria, and now it shows the full list. You can still sort
it by clicking on the target date label though.

I see what you are trying to do, but I'm not sure this will be very easy
to do - there is probably a way, but for now I think we'll have to stick
with the "edit with form" and manually enter the username.
