Ahaha, I love the concept : ) We can picture working from the beach with it ;p And it mixes well with the name, which starts to mean "we work from all sides of the world, very far away". For the remarks, the pictogram is very good, nothing to change imho! For the font I'm less sure - I get the feeling that it doesn't match perfectly the feeling from the pictogram.
